Product Features

  • Unique feature is its abilitv to inspect on both sides of the PCBA simultaneously saving production floor space and investment.
  • Pulley type conveyor can be selected vs the standard belt type , of which the former is more resistant to high temperature, dirt and heavy loads.
  • CPU-specific algorithm for pins accurately captures various defects such as
    pin bending, pin deformation and missing pins.

Intelligent Solder Pad Positioning + Entire FO Assisted Positioning

With the use of MagicRay’s proprietary Solder Pad Positioning we can significantly reduce false calls that are caused by deformation of PB after wave soldering. This is even more pronounced for FPC. Our entire FOV assister positioning algorithm also helps to significantly reduce false calls due to PB warpage, silkscreen printing and interference cause by the board’s legend.

Double-side Barcode Binding

Traceability is enhanced thru’ our system software, which can automatically bind the barcode data as long as one side of the PCBA carry a barcode.

Automatic Program Switch Through Barcode Scanning

Auto width adjustment is a standard feature and is achieved by simply reading the PCB’s barcode. At the same time, it supports MES command.
