VC5300 CCI shares the same platform as our V5300 AOl providing equivalent reliability and a 90+% asset reuse.

•   Inspection of the whole board coating and precision coating can be achieved with a very low false call rate.
•   A powerful UV lighting producing a clear image drives a dedicated coating inspection algorithm.
•   Phosphorous in the coating reacts to the UV light.
•   An Al/DL algorithm is used for very effective air bubble inspection.
•   Real time Thickness measurements with the laser option achieves repeatable 3um accuracy.
•   Ease of Programming is achieved with the Polygram drawing feature.
